Colorogram – Color Identifier (“Colorogram,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Payam Ghaffarvand Mokari. This Privacy Policy explains how Colorogram handles information when you use the app.

Information We Access

Camera

Colorogram uses your device camera only to identify colors in the live camera preview. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded, recorded, or shared by Colorogram.

Photos

If you choose a photo using Apple’s photo picker, Colorogram processes that selected image locally on your device to identify colors. We do not upload your photos to our servers. Colorogram does not use, retain, or share photo location information or other photo metadata.

Saved Colors and App Preferences

Your saved palette, selected display preferences, onboarding state, and free-use counters are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store this information on external servers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Colorogram offers optional subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Payments, billing details, and subscription transactions are processed by Apple. Colorogram uses Apple’s StoreKit service to determine whether an App Store subscription is active. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Information We Do Not Collect

Colorogram does not automatically collect or use:

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it only to respond to your request.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Apple may process information as necessary to provide App Store purchases and subscriptions, subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

Permissions

Colorogram may request permission to use the camera for live color identification, access selected photos for photo-based color identification, and add color-card images to your photo library when you choose “Save to Gallery.” You can change these permissions at any time in your device Settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Colorogram stores app data locally on your device. You can remove saved colors inside the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data, subject to your device backup settings.

Children’s Privacy

Colorogram is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when required by law. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
